A feasibility study of the implementation of a craft beer plant was carried out. A market study was carried out where it was possible to determine that there is an unsatisfied demand of 6.80% of the consumption of craft beer, while 93.20% of respondents are active consumers of craft beer. When carrying out the technical study of the project, the adequate structure of the size of the plant, the availability of financial resources, availability of raw material required to satisfy the existing demand was redesigned. The process diagram was made, which is designed to help facilitate and clearly explain the necessary steps in the process, from the entry of the raw material to the final product. The financial study showed an initial investment of $52,041.35 dollars, the study was projected for five years reaching a net flow of $22,302.57 dollars, the Cost Benefit showed a value of $1.70. The value of the NPV of the project was $18,918.84 and the IRR reached a value of 28%, the project turns out to be sensitive to the increase in raw materials. An environmental study was carried out analyzing the impacts that may occur in the project, which have a positive and negative impact within permissible ranges.
