    This titling work addresses a proposal to improve the slaughter process through a feasibility study to create a new meat slaughter center in the Flavio Alfaro canton, in the Manabí province, to help solve the problems that have arisen. passing for years in the clandestine beds of the canton. Because there is no adequate treatment mechanism in the slaughter of livestock, as well as in the preservation of the environment. The purpose of this proposal is to determine the economic and financial viability, to develop it a diagnosis of the real situation of the place has been made and with the data obtained to carry out market, technical and financial studies. In market research, analysis and interpretation of the results of surveys and interviews with slaughterhouses / slaughterhouses and third parties from the canton was carried out, in which qualitative and quantitative information was obtained to be able to know the reality of the problem that this is an inappropriate slaughter process since it is carried out with little technology and without sanitary controls. Likewise, relevant information was used to make the aforementioned recommendation. As part of the engineering study, the plant site was determined, the basic engineering was done, in the same way, the technical infrastructure for better slaughter, the cattle slaughter line was established, process improvements, veterinary control, refrigeration and safety and hygiene, adding the respective showers through a modern system to eliminate the bacteria that are collected in the pens at the time of the animal's rest, through an organizational study, the work areas of the entity were located in which The profiles and functions of the positions are specified and the financial study established the operating expenses and then the projection of financial statements, thus obtaining a profitability analysis which determined that the execution of this project is feasible and profitable since the indicators that were reached are acceptable, conclusions and recommendations
